DnD Miniatures?

I got a hold of one of the entry packs a little early. And while the quality of the miniatures is ok, the scale is way off when compared to my huge collection of other minis. Especially in comparison to my Reaper collection. If I didn't have any miniatures and was looking to get started, I'd collect these things in a sec. As it stands now, my ten year old is having a ball with them.

For interest, which miniatures did you get? Which were you most impressed by (in terms of quality, not scale)? Were the miniatures in your package all in scale to each other? We have heard through other posts that a few figures in the first set had scale problems (the human commoner most notably).
