One of the rogue exploits, Flying Foe (level 19 daily) does let you throw badguys into walls & each other - it's a rather sad d6 additional damage & no knockdown, which seems a shame. The movement is guaranteed however so very good for lava pits.
I would expect more like this in the martial source book & for any monk class.
