Do any published feats allow a 10' step?

The 2 five foot steps is because it is more versatile. The only situation I can really think of is with an archer who can take 5ft step from full cover, do a full attack, and then take a five foot step again to full cover. I'm sure there are better ways to take advantage of it though that I can't think of. :D

You could do something similar in melee. Take the full-round attack option, kill the enemy your facing with your first attack, 5ft step to the second and kill it, and then 5ft step to the third and kill that one too!

Granted, you have to have the ability to drop such enemies in one hit, and can reach them.. and so forth.. but the ability is there.

A bit broken if you ask me, but there it is.

Broken?! What do you mean? After all, this is the same book that gives us the Blindfold of True Darkness for 9,000 gp... ;)

In Bo9S there is a 5th level Stance (Press the Advantage) for White Raven which allows you to take a 2nd 5 foot step immediately after your first one. You may also 5 foot step into difficult terrain, but you lose that 2nd 5 foot step for that round.

Since it specifies you take the 2nd one immediately after the first, I don't think you can use that nifty step-attack-step tactic Crothian mentioned.

Some where I remember seeing a feat like 'Bounding' which let a character eligible for a 5' step take two 5' steps instead, though the second one still provoked AoO's.

In OA it was a DC 40 Tumble check to make a 10' step.
About the only book of mine I didn't check for that exactly! (except I remembered it as DC 35 - probably confusing it with the 'stand from prone' skill check).

There is also Sidestep in Miniatures handbook, which allows an additional 5' step when making an AoO.

Two 5' steps is a lot more versatile than one 10' step, I suppose one could do anything a 10' step could accomplish and then some.

If you're using a reach weapon you could, for instance, step 5' to get to the right reach, attack, and then step 5' away (so that the enemy provokes an AoO when he then tries to close).

I was going to mention this one as well. You can take the Martial Stance feat to gain access to it. For a non-initiate class character, the minimum level would be 18 to take that stance.
