Do claws stack with martial arts damage? D20 Modern

I have a player in my game who uses martial arts and got infected with Lycanthropy. They've reached the stag where they have some control over the change (assuming they don't get too angry/stressed) and I need to figure out whether the d4 damage of their claws stacks with the d6 of their martial arts or whether its one or the other. Currently I'm assuming it stacks since combat gauntlets and the like do stack with unarmed damage but I'd like some second opinions please.

In d20 Modern? No, natural weapons don't stack with the Martial Arts feats.
Would it be unbalanced to let them? No, it wouldn't.
