Do experts get a bonus feat at 1st level?

I'm at work right now, away from my books. I could have sworn that experts got a bonus feat, but the SRD doesn't say this. Am I mistaken?

I don't see anything in the DMG to indicate they get any more feats than those every PC/NPC gets.

Nope. The DMG agrees with the SRD. Experts don't get a bonus feat.

DMG, pg 109. No bonus feat listed under Class Features and no Special Column in the level-based table.

Maybe the Unearthed Arcana generic class Expert, who has a 1st level Bonus Feat, is coming to mind.

No bonus feat in the RAW, so I house-ruled a bonus Skill Focus feat. (Hey, it's supposed to be an Expert, after all.)
