Have you jacked up the resolution on your monitor (or perhaps acquired a new monitor) recently? When I got a 21" monitor at work, I jacked the resolution to the max like I had on all the others. I was soon experiencing the headaches and bloodshot eyes you mentioned. Someone else suggested backing off the resolution one step and that made all the difference.

Well, stand 15 away from a whiteboard or chalkboard. Can you read what's written on it? Can you read a book easily without moving your arm away?

Just tried this, could read it with both eyes open, and my right eye shut; but with my left eye shut it was al ittle blurry.

Just go get it checked.

As I said, I am on Friday. I just wanted to know if anyone had similar experiences.

Nope, had the same LCD 15" monitor for the last two years, on the same resolution.

It sounds like you need to stop playing with your 'century worm'.

That could be it :D

Thanks everyone.
