Do Incorporeal creatures use their Dex bonus to hit in melee?

Looking at the stats for incorporeal monsters such as spectres and shadows this seems to be the case, although I did not see it listed anywhere other than in the stats for the mostsers. Can anyone tell me if this is printed somewhere so I can confirm it?

From the SRD, in the "types, subtypes, and special abilities" part, under Incorporeal Subtype:

It [an incorporeal creature] has no Strength score, so its Dexterity modifier applies to both its melee attacks and its ranged attacks.
