good point, frank. i didn't think of it that way. but it won't be an issue, cuz i'm not going to abuse it like that IMC.
i'm more interested in an interpretation as per RAW.

Just allow it for PCs and NPCs. Just make sure to re-evaluate CRs on mosters that have levels in those classes.
