D&D 5E Do You Conduct AAR's After Each Session?

Almost every session, though I/we don't get so formal about it. Sometimes there are specific things I want to discuss, but typically I just ask what everybody thought of the session.

I like soliciting direct feedback because even though we talk during the session, sometimes people have great(er) ideas that come to them as we are talking it out afterwards.

I like to have my players do as much of my work for me as possible. It keeps everybody much more involved.

I do it. Nothing formal. What was Cool? Anything Not Cool? What did you think about NPC/Trap/Sitch/Location/Monster/Encounter?

It's a quote from Good Morning Vietnam.

And I assume you are referring to Skippy?
I aware; it's where this person got the idea. He was told "it's funny when Robin Williams does it, but not when we do it!" He... was never a good soldier.

Don't know about Skippy, but the guy I'm referring to currently goes by Prophet.

Go google the skippy list. 200+ things that Pte Schwartz (skippy) was told not to do whilst serving

We usually cover this in emails over the week between sessions. End of the nights for us tend to be cliff hangers and people running out the door cause it's past their bed time.

On our facebook page I relist the adventure, xp, gp renown, downtime. If there is difference between what I gave out at the session and what I posted. The posted one is valid. Then my group can comment. They generally don't.
