Message: <blockquote data-quote="jontherev" data-source="post: 83673" data-attributes="member: 1451"><p>You're missing his point.  If you check in the PHB under flat-footed it says that one who is flat-footed cannot make AoOs.  Now check under the section in Combat under Attacks of Oppurtunity.  It never says anything about not being able to make AoOs if you are denied your dex bonus.  Therefore, the only time you are disallowed the ability to make AoOs is when you are flat-footed, against someone who has 1/2 or better cover, or helpless.  So, just being denied your dex bonus does not prevent you from making AoOs.  This makes sense since someone with a +4 dex bonus still reacts faster than someone with a -2 dex bonus when both are denied their dex bonus.  If there's a rule I missed somewhere, feel free to point me to it.</p></blockquote><p></p>
