I know there are community members who love D&D and other RPGs but for one reason or another don't get to play. This is related to the existing "how many games are you in" poll, but this is more to get a headcount of folks who see them selves as participating regularly, semi-regularly, or not at all in an RPG game. (Not just D&D or D20 btw).

The last group I was in broke up months ago. Now we've moved to Indiana and havent found a group yet....so I am currently not playing at all and so very much not getting enough gaming action.

Help!....please ...help...

When you say play, I assume you mean DM as well as play?

That's my problem really, I DM regularly (weekly), but only get to play once every few months.

I don't have time for more than one game and the players like it when I DM - so that's been my lot lately.

Don't get me wrong, I like DMing - I just wish I had enough time to play as well.

I do play, but not as regularly as I'd like (by which I mean not really regularly at all.) My group also has a lot of fans of games like Halo for xbox, Heroclix, etc. so although I'd rather play RPGs every week, the rest of my group on the other hand seems to want more variety.

I game (almost) every week. It's not enough! ;)

I get to GM and play; I GM D&D, M&M, GURPS, and occasionally "other". I get to play D&D (recently, anyways; I have hopes of GURPS and maybe M&M or Hero in the future).

For me: occasionally, and not enough action. I play in two games at the moment -- a Banewarrens game that meets once a month, and a RttToEE game that is more or less on hiatus (although we may finish it up at some point). Even though both DMs are good and both games are enjoyable, this is not enough for me. Differing schedules and a general shortage of large blocks of free time stink. ;)

I'm planning to DM a new campaign when 3.5e is released, and if I can run that twice a month I'll be pretty content.

(Edit: typo.)

I DM a game every 3-4 weeks, a regular campaign (going on 3 years -- this was our first 3E campaign) with the same group of people. This campaign is nearing its end, as two players are leaving permanently and we're getting close to the end of the overplot. What happens after this, I have no idea, maybe a break from DMing.

I play in a game, with one of "my" players as my DM, in a game that also meets every 3-4 weeks. This was also our first 3E campaign.

I play in a game, with another one of "my" players as my DM, in a game that meets every 4-6 weeks. This is the Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil game that has recently become the Banewarrens game. :)

I game regularly, on Monday nights, although I'm not sure if I'll be able to roll the dice as the resident DM after this Monday, since I foresee my players looking at me in horror, tearing my arms off, and then beating me to death with the bloody stumps.:)

Of course, isn't that the sign of really good DMing?
