All kinds of people try them for a month, lose a bunch of weight, but then the cravings get too strong and they gain it all back.</p><p></p><p>By eating healthily I'm losing weight without cravings at all, and I'll be fine long term without any health concerns from my diet. I don't think the protein diets have had proven ill effects yet, but there's a lot of concern.
