I used to be a "bibliovore" (great term!). I used to read a book a day some weeks. Now, maybe a book a year. Aside from gaming rule books, I never read anything anymore, which is a shame. I miss it, but it's so hard to get back into the habit. Plus, nothing I've picked up appeals to me anymore. It's all the same, with different wrapping...at least it seems so to me.

I used to read all the time, but life has a tendency of getting in the way now. I do try to read some, mostly fantasy novels and gaming books, but on occasion I'll read "easy" physics books, such as Stephen Hawking's A Brief History of Time and The Physics of Star Trek by...an author whose name I am unable to remember right now... :\

I used to be a bibliovore, but really mostly read online and RPG stuff now. I've found myself reading the first book of a series and not going on to finish, something I've never done before...It makes me a little sad, actually. I fear those days are gone forever :(

Yeah, I like to read. Reading has basically been the focus of my careers (bookstores, then publishing, now library). The only problem is, my reading pace has slowed down an incredible amount over the past few years. I used to read non-stop, and fast. Now I still read all the time, but I'm very slow, and often get headaches or fall asleep while reading. I've been putting off getting my eyes checked, I should probably do that. Several people, including my doctor, have said that may be the reason I'm not reading as much as I used to. :\
