I'm not sure what you are fearing with the dodge stacking. Things that give a dodge bonus without a penalty give a small bonus. If you are core only, IIRC that is only haste at a +1. All the other stacks I can think of have hefty penalties. Expertise requires an attack action or full attack action and lowers you bonus to hit in equal measure, attacking defensively has a -4 attack penalty for only a +2 dodge and also requires an attack, and total defense negated any ability to attack or perform any maneuvre other that a movement for a +4, and since you can't attack, you can't expertise. I'm not sure what you have against dodge stacking when the penalties are stiffer than the gains.
