Does anyone know of any prestige class (WoTC or Dragon) that offers any of the following as a bonus feat?

combat casting
great fortitude

Does anyone know of a prestige class (WoTC or Dragon) that also offers Disable Device as a class skill?

Some classes give you "any feat" - such as the Loremaster. And that could be taken as Combat Casting - but short of that I can't think of any that give Combat Casting or Great Fortitude.

Weapon Focus is easy to get. Heck, even base classes hand that out like candy. You can get it from Fighter, Cleric, Sohei, or Samurai. Or you can get it from any PrC that gives out Fighter Feats - such as Tribal Protector or Hospitaler or Divine Champion. The list that gives out WEapon Focus is too long to even hope to address, as virtually any class that says "bonus feat" (except Wizard) can be taken as Weapon Focus.

Well, Disable device is easy to get:

Assassin (DMG)
Divine Seeker (FRCS)
Guild Thief (FRCS)
Gate Crasher (MotP)
Most of the crap from Loot and Lute
Watch Detective (MotW)
etc.

Disable Device is a fundamental Rogue ability - and any PrC which is designed to be extended from the Rogue Class is going to have Disable Device unless it attempts to take the Rogue in a very different direction indeed.

Well

If you play a Dwarf, several dwarven gods in the Forgotten Realms have Dwarf and War as domains... So Cleric 1 would give weapon focus/great fort.

The answer to all your PrC questions is here: www.crystalkeep.com/d20/index.html Check the Index of Prestige Classes (3.0) PDF.

A quick search of that file reveals the following.

Combat Casting -
* Dweomer Keeper (specialty priest of the Deity of Magic) (F&P p189)
* Sacred Fist (temple protectors who vow to not use weapons) (DotF p70)(DR286 p97)+

Great Fortitude -
* Night’s Watch Ranger (wilderness guards assigned to the frozen North) (DR307 p84)

Weapon Focus -
* Brawler (expert in fighting with improvised weapons against groups of people) (DR295 p72)
* Breachgnome (a gnome warrior who specializes in fighting next to walls, in tight corridors, etc.) (RoF p181)
* Dweomer Keeper
* Green Hunter (specialty templars of the Deity of Jungles, who specialize in tracking through heavy terrain & fighting with Spiked Gauntlets) (DR294 p69)
* Guild Thief (a thief who has advanced in the guild) (FR p45)
* Harper Priest (member of the Harpers who is a divine caster) (MoF p29)
* War Wizard of Cormyr (battle field wizard who eventually learn to enlarge spells on-the-fly) (MoF p40)

Most of the source abbreviations should be self-explanatory, but see the PDF on Crystal Keep for any questions.
