Does anybody here follow Jeremiah?

Yep. Although I have only seen the first 7 episodes (I'm having to import tapes from the US). I must say I'm quite liking it.

I have watched the pilot movie & the entire run of "Jeremiah" thus far. Luke Perry (of "Bevely Hills 90210" fame) is actually decent as the main character, Jeremiah. In my opinion, it is Malcom Jamel-Warner as Kurdy that really makes the show (he's gone a long way since being a Crosby kid). I highly recommend watching the show.

Twenty. The last four air in July.

It has been an interesting series so far. Sometimes I feel like its not really going anywhere, but since JMS is working on it I'm willing to be patient and wait.

The show is set 15 years after a plague called "The Big Death" wiped out every human that had entered puberty. The world collapsed, of course, and people have been living on the remnants of the Old World since then. Jeremiah and his friend Kurdy get involved with a faction called "Thunder Mountain" (based in an underground former military base, Cheyenne Mountain/NORAD I think) who have the long-term goal of rebuilding society. There are hints of two major threats on the horizon: The Big Death might make a comeback, and some other power group might emerge and attempt to rebuild society *they* want it, which will probably not be a good thing. Most episodes are about Jeremiah and Kurdy being sent out from Thunder Mountain to make connections with various communities to help in the rebuilding.

There are also plenty of secrets to be revealed, such as what caused the Big Death, is it possible to find a cure, who are those weird guys who run around with flamethrowers, what is Valhalla Sector, and so on.
