Kinda. I have a program that generates treasure based on the DMG and a given ecl. Its written in perl so you'd need the have perl installed to use it. If you want it I can put it up somewhere.

Have a look at TableSmith.. if you dont have it yet it worth getting even if you dont find it does exactly what you want right now(but i think it does.)

In the Table Gallery, there's a pack called "3E Treasure Generator 1.5" that allows you to generate mundane items. It uses the standard treasure generation tables, but gives you the option of allocating some of the coinage to mundane treasure. Note that it needs the magic item tables in the "3E Generators" pack, which are also available on that page.
Currently, the generator just does D&D 3.0; I'm in the process of updating it for 3.5.
