Enhance water creature:

effects 1 creature +1/4 levels, 1d4 rounds; +1 to attack, dmg & saves.
+1 dmg per die if measured by multiple dice.

Creatures native to Elemental Water gain 1 hp/die; creatures needing water to survive can survive without it.

Reversible - exact opposite effects.

Rapture of the Deep.

Rnds 1-2 : Euphoria, save or break off combat. No penalties.
Rnds 3-4 : Hallucinations, save or drop equipment, ends concentration effects. Victim fascinated by spellcaster. Moves towards caster with open arms, unless invisible, in which case stares blankly. Loses Dex bonuses, +4 to be hit.
Rnds 5-6 : 1d8 dmg per round.
Rnds 7-8 : 3d8 dmg per round.
Rnds 9-10 : 4d8 dmg per rnd.

Caster must concentrate. Water creatures get +3 to save.
