does caster level affect a Pearl of Power?

I am new to playing and I was hoping someone could answer a question for me. If I am a 3rd level Wizard and I have a 1st level Pearl of Power that I use to restore a Magic Missile spell that I just cast, how many missiles can I summon? Does my caster level determine it (2 missiles then) or is it strictly based on the level of the spell (1 missile then)?

The pearl effectively lets you "re-memorize" the spell as if you hadn't cast it for the day, so I'd say the spell bases off your caster level, just as if you had memorized and cast the spell normally.

Yep, it just re-fills and re-opens your used spell slot. You cast the spell normally.

Note that the item itself has a "caster level", but that's for the purpose of targeted dispel magic checks to suppress the item.

Your spell is re-prepared at your caster level.
