Does fast Healing stack?

Does Fast healing form two different templates stack? For example, if I add the chaotic(FH 3) and shadow template (FH 2) (from Manaul of the Planes) to one creature does it get Fast Healing 5?

I think the answer is no.

If it is no and I do it anyway, is it significant enough to bump the CR?

I'd say no. As for increasing the CR, that's a tough one, I don't think it would.

Another thought might be, to take the highest Fast Healing the creature would get ...a nd add +1 to it, for every other instance of Fast Healing it would normally get. That, at least, shouldn't be worth a CR modifier, and makes sense to me, in logical terms.

I would say that no they do not stack. Sources that negate damage don't stack, so why would sources that return damage. In the case of DR I recall it being explicity mentioned that they do stack, so I assume that sets a prescedent that the base assumption is no stack.

If you do it anyways it would certainly make the battle harder, but I think it would be a judgement call on upping CR. For an extra 2 pts I'd say no. If you already used multiple templates that work in conjunction to make a really hard mob, I'd say yes. Your call.
