Does Magic Missle hit regardless of concelment or cover?

With anything short of 100% cover or concealment, MM is auto hit.

PHB: the missile strikes unerringly, even if the target is in melee or has anything less than total cover or concealment.

Reason being - with total cover, you have no Line of Effect to the target.

With total concealment, you cannot see them to select them as a target.

Good question... FAQ or so? I recall that 20% concealment too from somewhere...
