Does Quick Draw=Quick sheath or stow?

I'm curious if I take quick draw as a feat can I just interchange weapons freely? I also have the two weapon fighting feat. So could I go dagger in each hand to Bow or two handed reach weapon as a free action without having to drop an item. or sword/shield to 2 weapon as a free action with this feat?

No.

EDIT: That was a bit terse. As a free action, you can drop something (but not a shield), and there doesn't seem to be any prohibition against "not wielding" something and continuing to hold it (which you could then quick draw later). but if you want your hands empty, you'll have to talk a move action or drop something. Lanyards might be handy for light items.

I wouldn't recommend tying daggers to those lanyards though, no matter how light they are. Sharp pointy things flying around your arms uncontrollably is rarely a good thing.
