Does RoE affect undead?

Ok the question is does RoE do ability damage?

Just because they're created by Necromancy doesn't mean that they're only subject to helpful Necromancy, without suffering the effects of harmful necromancy.

Fair point about Constructs, but when it comes to necromantic effects, its seems like things that help the living should hurt the undead, and things that help the undead should be harmful to the living. Its that whole life/death, positive/negative, light/dark duality. Now, as I said before this is a fluff distinction, and not a game balance point.
