Diversified Spellcaster
Prerequisites: Ability to cast either Divine or Arcane spells.
Benefit: You can learn a spell from another spellcaster's list if it's not on yours. You may learn both Arcane and Divine spells.
Special: You can not learn any spell that is greater than two levels less than the highest spell you are currently capable of casting.

Pardon the wording; it's in a rough draft and I'm on prescription cough medicine. So I'm a little woozy. Not that that's a bad thing, necessarily. :)

There are some feats like this in Complete Divine, that grant an arcane spellcaster access to one domain of spells, and the like.

Granting all the spells; far too powerful. Maybe if you took the 'a spell' literally, and got one non-standard spell per feat.

Geoff.

Well, I was hoping that by restricting the spell level to two less than the maximum the caster was able to cast, it'd help tone it down. Thanks!
