Suggestion

Include these conditions as part of the ad.

1. Local sales only.
2. Payment, regardless of form, must clear before delivery is made.
3. Local phone number to buyer's place of residence must be included in initial query.

If just one of these conditions is not satisfied sale will not be made.

Nah, this is a reoccuring issue called "Microsoft Sucks". I just need to install Thunderbird to go alongside Firefox.

Ok. Just as a precaution as everyone loves to eff with Outlook. Hence why I don't use it. Not that I have any need to, as I have aol. And it's very own address book built in.
