[Domain] feats

Thoughts on whether the [Domain] feats from the Complete Champion are available to classes which don't have domains, e.g. a wizard?

Nowhere does it state that you must have a domain, but it's heavily implied in many places in the text.

Since the section in complete champion has a specific subsection dealing with the situation when you do happen to have Domains as a Cleric does, I would say you can get access to those feats even without a domain. Of course, since a Wizard does not have Turn or Rebuke undead, you won't be able to use those to have more times per day of the Devotion effect.

I agree with Herzog. The wording in CC suggests that anyone can take the feats, not just clerics. However, a non-cleric is restricted to work with the DM to choose only something that fits flavor-wise with your character's religious preferences, and IF you take a second domain feat (which is your max), the second must fit thematically with the first.
Again, the utility of those feats are dramatically reduced however if you do not have the ability to turn undead which allows powering them more than once per day.
