Good game (Doom3; scared the heck outta me, anyways). The movie looks . . . well, like KenM said, at least they figured out flashlights.

Doom the movie doesn't take place on Mars or have demons. It's on some other planet and has infected people running amok. I guess they use guns though, which ties it to Doom.

According to that preview, it IS on Mars. And those creatures look great.

Most of my original problems with it(not on Mars, etc etc) kind of disappear with that preview.

There is a patch to allow you to do that now. But I'm not sure where to get it.

Ah so they changed it back to Mars. When I was reading info on the movie a while back they had the setting a colony on a different planet. That's cool, but the lack of demons still sucks. Hopefully it's a decent over the top action movie, but without demons it's not really a representation of Doom. It's more like Resident Evil 5 or something.

Oh, how I envy them! I ended up using the right mouse button just to switch between flashlight and weapon!
