Its not a patch. Its called the duct tape mod or something like that. Its a hak. A patch is put out by the people that made the game to fix things. This was a seprate thing someone made for it.

True on the hack vs patch. It's pretty cool nonetheless. If I could find this, I might consider playing the game again on a higher difficultly level. The flashlight business got kind of annoying.
