{DotF} Contemplator PrC

Is the Contemplator's Daimond Soul ability as cheesy as it appears - 10 + Contemplator's class level? That is just about worthless versus equally powerful encounters.

And I really don't think it would be worth paying Epic feats (once available) to increase the character's SR by +2 per feat spent.

Is there errata on this, or a better suggestion (like a higher base starting value?)

No it's right. Mant prestige classes are like that. It's not supposed to that effective, but it will help.
