Well I would say Mad Irishman. Great sheets for all sorts of things.

www.rpgsheets.com has literally heaps for all types of systems, not just d20 either.

I'd second this reccomendation, espicially given the newest version of his character sheet that is extroadinarily customizable.

You might want to take a look at these excellent Microsoft Word Version of the Character Record Sheets. They are the ones I use most for my characters because of the ease of modfication to specific campaign needs.
