DOWNLOADS links go to General Forum

All of the links in the DOWNLOADS section just end up pointing back to the General Forums page. It was working a couple of days ago when I uploaded a file, but the last two days it has been broken

Confirmed.. to be specific, the categories return you to the main forum index....

I clicked on 'D&D 3rd Edition' and got the main index page.....
