Pathfinder 1E Downtime and Kingmaker Questions

So I am seeking to find a decent program to assist in either "kingmaker" and/or "downtime" form fillable tracking. I am having issues in keeping everything in order, i.e making sure all the bonus's and negatives are filled in and updated during each phase. Thus I'm looking to see if there's an EXCEL program or something else out there to help out. Any advise is welcome thanks!
