Of the prexisting mounts we only dealt with Horses in this one. There is probably some gear that is useful to you, but we just plain ran out of space to cover more things. There are similiar products in the works for other mounts, I actually had to beat down the writers who wanted to keep contributing more and more information to this one... me included

When will the extra material be coming? If your writers are so eager to work on it, why not release a small expansion on unusual mounts (such as dogs, unicorns, griffins, etc) for free.

Some other ideas (sorry but I can't read the index too well) racial mounts (like racial weapons, mounts tailored to a certain race, such as an elven horse, to reflect combat style, etc) and masterwork mounts (better than your average horse).

On the cover: Fur and Feathers Vol 1. What is the Fur and Feathers line and what is coming up?

By the way, the free pdf offer was really cool. If only I'd registered sooner...

I'd have to agree, offhand. If there's more material that wants to be written, keep it coming, collect it up, and spin off a series of mount (and maybe expand into other forms of animals, pack animals, familiars, animal companions, blah blah?) books. Sounds like fun.

Familiars will be in Dweomercraft: Familiars (which is mostly written) Although there is a small bit on it in In the Saddle.

Air based and Aquatic mount types will be a different product. Everyone wanted to write about Griffins and Pegasi.
