DR and Grappling and Wrestling

Does DR apply to dmg as a result of grapples??? I know DR doesn't apply to falling, so what about taking a werewolf by the hind legs and swinging this head in to a stone wall a few times???

As far as I know, DR applies to damage in grapples as well as from falling. Isn't falling/DR addressed in the FAQ?

DR is "damage reduction".

Is not the werewolf taking damage from being swung into a wall?

Of course she is. So DR applies.
