is there a limite to useing breath weapons? dragons kinda do and some doit once perday do i have a limit besides getting rid of spells

I'm going to assume I understood all that and answer: After a dragon uses its breath weapon, it must wait 1d4 rounds to use it again. Spells have nothing to do with it.

im talking about the feat draconic breath that i have to use a expend a spell to convert it to a breath weapon. why do u think i put this under feats?

and another thing i forgot that it says i can change arcane spell energy into a breath weapon. does it mean i have to convert a spell that has fire or acid in its descriptor?
