Recall spell (Su): standard action to recall one spell cast last hour
Expanded spell power (Ex): Cast (damage/effect) capped spells as if cap was twice as high
Gauge weakness (Su): Standard action to scrutinize opponent (instant knowledge of saves)
Recognize spell (Ex): Instant knowledge if a spell is cast within line of sight (no spellcraft check needed)
Arcane mastery (Su): Re-roll a random effect such as damage. Can keep old result, if desired.

There's the Prestige Class Compendium on the WoTC board, both custom and WoTC published, including Dragon.
