Dragon article on more "theatrical" combat - Which Issue?

A friend of mine subscribes to Dragon mag. Today, he told me there was an article on having more "theatrical" combats; swinging on chandeliers, jumping from moving vehicles, etc.

I would like to read the article but he doesn't know which issue it's in, only that it's "recent."

Does this article ring any bells for anyone? If so, which issue is it in?

Heh. I remember bringing that issue to work where, unbeknownst to me, it lay exposed in my unzipped backpack. One of the ladies at work walked by and started commenting "Oooo, look at that girl on the cover. "News Ways to Play!" Is that a snake she's got there?" All I could do was grin and wink as I hurriedly tucked in back in and zipped my backpack up.
