Dragon article question

I remember a while back, at some point after 3.0 came out there was a Dragon article about using a few tricks from television series' in your games. My DM for a new game remembers this too, but she can't remember the issue it's from either. I've been through dozens of back issues, but I think I must have missed it, though I know it's in one I own. Anyone remember this article or something else that was in the issue?
