Do you think it would change their CR
if I gave Dragons generic DR (like Brb) equal to their Age Categories?

For examples;

Age1= Wyrmling; DR1/- (MM; no DR) , CR White 2/Red 4
Age5= Young Adult; DR5/- (MM; DR5/magic) , CR White 8/Red 13
Age7= Mature Adult; DR7/- (MM; DR10/magic) , CR White 12/Red 18
Age9= Very Old; DR9/- (MM; DR15/magic) , CR White 17/Red 21
Age11= Wyrm; DR11/- (MM; DR20/magic) , CR White 19/Red 24

I think this would also make Dragonhide armor more special.
(If they are given the same DR.)
Although I would have to raise the price a lot.

It not only steals Adamantine's schtick, it overshadows it totally.

Give it the lesser elemental resistance of the appropriate type and it should be fine.

I like the idea of giving Dragons DR X/-, but that seems to be covered well enough by their high AC and insane hit points. Then again, it makes more sense than X/magic, and makes them more susceptible to advances in technology.
