Well, in the Hobbit, JRRT called Smaug that because he was quite the enviromentalist and he likened a dragon's fire to smoke, and smoke to smog. Smog/Smaug.

Now, a Silver dragon's breath weapon is paralyzing gas..

Sahrin?

I got these from the list above. As a wyrmling, I imagine he may still use a "child name." When he gets older, he may take a new name, or his clan may give him one (kinda like gnomes, maybe?)

Aiarya Kedet - Lil' Scratch
Meseten Ratondargaet - Eyes of Ice
Eeset R'oiorerua - Song of the Storm
Echet K'erua - Wind's Embrace
Eruarase Kiine - Wind without Voice
Aoretao Ra'Velaten - Son of Dreams
Deinne Unalemat - Descend Like the Moon

how i got it was simple. i was bored and armed with search engines.

just go to dogpile.
in the lil box thingie type
"dragon tongue"
if you're really enterprising type in
"dragon language"
if you're really clever you'll hit enter between the searches.
You'll generally get something interesting.

Something that paralyses stops or halts, So I think Hral (This I think is a dragon gods name) or Streinp (This one I like).

How about Mercurius Conglacio Bestiola

Doh! I misspelled it! It was supposed to be 'sinepegral'... arg! Ah well... it was lame anyway, and now it backfired on me.

Sounds a bit messy...
