Dragon Lords of Melnibone magic System

I was wondering if anyone knew if the magic system from Chaosium's Dragons Lords of Melnibone is open content. I was considering using it for a campaign setting to post to my website and don't want to risk trouble with the company.

No, the designation isclear, but also clearly incomlete. Only pages 71-79 and boxes labled as OGC are OGC, everything else is considered PI (wheter they have a right to claim it or not).

I would hope that Chaosium would be thrilled that anyone was still using that book. I like the young kingdoms setting, but think it was a mistake to try and port the BRP version directly into d20 rather than try starting from scratch. I get the impression that most of the d20 stuff for Chaosium's licensed settings was done a a recruitment tool for their BRP/d100 products. Of course, if this is the case, then they are likely to be very defensive of their closed game content.

Things that should be designated OGC weren't and if WotC every did go after companies that didn'y follow the OGL correctly, Chaosium would be in trouble.
