i know there was a short story written by Mr. Martin in Dragon 305, a sort of addition to the end of the third Song of Ice and Fire. there were also two campaign/adventure ideas and some other stuff in 307, but i seem to recall another short story but i can't find it. can anyone point me to any other Dragon issues contaning Song of Ice and Fire content?

The one in 305 was the one that caused the big flap about having profanity, right? About Theron Greyjoy's homecoming? That's the only GRRM story in dragon that I know of.

if it did, i hadn't heard of it. but no, that 305 story was not about Theon, rather it seemed to be focused on the rest of the Greyjoy clan (his sister and uncles), and the crowning of the new king of the iron islands.

Right, right, I mixed it up in my head with one of the chapters about his homecoming from the books. Yes, the drowned priest and the Iron King, that was the story. Been too long since I read those books.

#305 has the short story, which I believe is just a few chapters from the forthcoming Feast for Crows book. And #307 has the campaign setting info.

That's all there will probably ever be too. At least in Dragon. I think Guardians of Order or someone are working on a SoIaF RPG though.

weird. i am SO sure that i read a short story thatwas set in the far north. i clearly remember it being the first time i'd come across the idea of winter lasting for years. ... maybe it wasn't in Dragon. *sish* thanks guys.
