[Dragon Magazine] Dinopirates of Ninja Island!

Just cracked open my new issue of Dragon...

And lo and behold, the letter page had my original post about the mother of all campaign worlds, Dinopirates of Ninja Island, yoinked from this very board.

That is probably the closest I will ever come to getting my work published, and I am pleased as punch.

Everyone get on over to the DPoNI site and witness the next evolution in fantasy roleplaying.

It's quoted at the beginning of that thread, yes.

Dragon also printed my subsequent comment that vanara and warforged could fill those all-important niches of Monkey and Robot.

Lots of people have contributed some great ideas to the campaign setting.

Once you start looking at the five core elements of the setting and combining them [Robot Pirates? Ninja Monkeys?] or opposing them [Robots v. Dinosaurs? Pirates v. Ninjas?] or both [Robot Ninjas v. Dinosaur Pirates]...well, it gets the creative juices flowing.
