[Dragon] Never got issue 346.

I never received issue 346 of Dragon magazine, but I got both 347 and 345. My subscription didn't lapse or anything; I just think the post office didn't deliver it to me. I was wondering if Paizo has a policy of providing subscribers with issues they miss. If so, I would obviously prefer that to having to pay cover price, but if that's not the case, I don't want to look like a chump by going to Paizo's messageboards and asking. (Or take the time to set up a messageboard account over there.)

I couldn't find an answer to this on Paizo's site. Anyone know the answer?

Paizo has a customer service message board. If I ever fail to receive one of my issues I just post a note there. Usually I get an email fairly quickly telling me that they've mailed a replacement copy.

Make sure you link your web site registration to your magazine subscriptions. It makes everything much easier.

I had 347 disappear, but one email to Paizo's customer service and they sent a replacement right out. I've had very positive experiences with their customer service.

Sometimes, though, it makes me think both magazines should be delivered in plain brown wrappers to minimize the temptation of folks getting sticky fingers. Might save Paizo $ in the long run if it cuts down on replacement mags. OTOH, a plain brown wrapper might just get people curious thinking its pr0n.

The last Dungeon issue I noticed that people were posting on the forum that their issue was missing and they were being mailed replacements. Mine was MIA, so I emailed them. Needless to say, a day later my issue arrived (at the same time as my Dragon issue that was shipped a couple of weeks later).

I emailed them back so they could cancel my order. It appears they didn't manage to cancel it in time, as I got my replacement today. I plan on finding a deserving DM who doesn't take advantage of Dungeon (and who isn't one of my players) and passing it on to them. Might as well take the opportunity to try to get them a new customer for their efforts.

I've only had this happen once in the last two years. I emailed Paizo and got my replacement in 2 weeks. Pretty good considering I live in Japan and it usually takes up to two months for issues to come.

I have nothing but good things to say about Paizo customer service.

Paizo's customer service is outstanding. I've had problems with a couple issues over the years, and they respond very quickly and the missing issue shows up faster then expected. Kudos!
