Dragon Shaman to be worked on.

I think that's a major factor in many of those classes being seen as underpowered. The power of a support class isn't in what it can do but in what it can enable other PCs and the group as a whole to do. And the support classes are also much more effective the larger the group is, so their utility is even more dependent on context than for the other classes. Lastly, like RigaMortus2, many players don't like to play support characters.

It's like playing an NPC. Beginning of combat the Bard begins singing giving everyone pluses to hit and damage and can just walk away, get something to drink, watch TV, and wait for his friends to call him back when the combat is over. Of course I am exagerating, but this is what it feels like (to me) sometimes when playing those characters.

Dragon Shaman seem a little too weak for me, they just don't have anything that just makes them nearly as good as a druid or something of the sort.

No, granted, the dragon shaman is not nearly as good as the druid.

Mind you, the druid is quite easily the single most powerful class out there, so take that as you will.
