I'm posting this for someone asking about dragon skill points and links ...
fyi: this is all 3e, no 3.5 ... as long as they don't do something like give 4x skill points at the first hd for monsters it should be okay.
ps: these skill points are calculated as though the dragon had gained the int while aging ... ie, they don't get the points retroactively like the examples at WotC do.
pps: if you open this from location chances are the table will be all whacky. Save it to disk then open in it word, it should be okay.
ppps: let me know if you find something that should be corrected.
