Dragonborn cold damage nice combo question

I read just recently on these boards about a wicked combo some people found that included a Dragonborn with cold breath weapon plus a couple cold feats or something that is supposed to be pretty sick when used together. I think one of the feats or something makes an enemy more succeptible to cold attacks. Does anyone out there have this combo and can either list it here or link me to it please?

Wintertouched (Heroic) and Lasting Frost (Paragon)?

It's the Feats Lasting Frost and Wintertouched. The former is a Paragon feat that inlficts cold vulnerability 5 for a round, the latter gives combat advantage to you if the target of your cold power has vulnerability to cold. Basicaly, +2 to hit & +5 damage vs anyone you hit every round with a cold-based power. More if your a rogue with a magical frosty dagger.

its not just with breath, the idea is to use a cold weapon too. esp with twin strike.
