I've figured out something that the WotC developers don't want you to know: the true inspiration of dragonborn. Sure, they'll say that people have been wanting to play dragon-like races for years. They can probably even point to some old campaign setting that no one really remembers and say that's where they got their ideas. But, let me show you a comparison and see if you think this is just a coincidence.
Dragonborn characters get:
+2 to Strength
+2 to Charisma
A breath weapon
Trogdor the Burninator has:
A big beefy arm that comes out of the back of his neck
Consummate V's to show his majesty
The ability to burninate the country side and the thatched-roof COTTAGES!!!
If he was a rogue, then he could come in the NIIIGHT!!!
