Ok, change the Flurry of Scales to Fury of Scales and changed the mechanic. Made the Draconic Wellspring buff damage as well, and added a bonus to Draconic Assault

This is an interesting take on getting to play a dragon. It reminds me of the race-as-a-class original D&D classes such as Elf, Dwarf, and Halfling. I'm curious as to how this plays at the table.

Yeah, as I am playing party heals, I can't take the class, and I'd have to try to convince our current DM to let some one else play it. Overall I think the class in and off itself is mostly balanced, it depends on a serious party support, and this is due to most of the abilities being once per short rest. It contributes greatly to the roles it focuses on, but only for like 1 to 3 turns most of the time.

did some adjustment to 7th level focus of strength ability

Made some adjustments after making some characters, changed some of the features in the Focus Features for each focus to try and bring the damage of the class up a little closer to the fighter.
