OH MY GOD.

I am bowing down screaming, "NOT WORTHY! NOT WORTHY!"

You know, seriously, that was incredibly rude. Rude to every other DM on the planet, really rude to every player on the planet.

You're sick.

I bet it was Dorian's idea first, though. He's sicker than you.

Are there any cultural implications here ? for a Dragonborn to wear a Dragons skin as armor.

dont mind me while I derail my own post

Is there such a thing as DragonbornScale Armor, best part is that its already the right size for a human ;) I figure there might be some implications to wear such armor along the lines of wearing Human Hide Armor ;)

I can already envision half a campagin around the secret farming of dragonborn for thier skins

Thoughts ?
I don't see a problem in it.

Draconomicon has the example of Dragonrider Armor, which is made from cast-off scales (as opposed to forcibly extracted ones). At the heights of the Dragonborn Empire, I could see high-ranking dragonborn wearing armors awarded them by their dragon patrons.

So that's why Minotaurs tend to go bare chested instead of wear leather....
Those that do are generally into a whole different type of Dungeon.

Though, leather can basically be created by any creature.

Guaranteed hilarity! :D
You want hilarity?

Cast that on a PC's leather armor and see the PC trying to balance a cow on his shoulders (try not to imagine where the PC's head is stuck in).

Now, I need to give one of my PCs some red dragonscale armor...

My players where so eager to sale the parts of the last Dragon they killed. After parading it into town. They probably new it had a certain intelligence...

They are creepy.

But I guess I knew that.

Hmm... All the PCs IMC are wearing bracers made of dragonhide. This could be very fun, as the PCs will need to be heading into the realm of the dead in the near future. I could see some sort of planar phenomenon bringing the dead back to life as they pass the barrier.

Maybe I'll just limit to to sentient creatures to avoid the flock of sheep that has no doubt donated some wool to the characters' clothing, then been used for mutton. Or not. "You're not only defenseless against that dragon, you're naked, too."

Edit: I also remembered that I once played a berserker (2E Viking handbook) who was a bit... odd. He had killed a green dragon and turned its skull into a bed, putting the mattress where the tongue had been. Talk about a rude awakening.

Been there, done that, had to clean up from the spit-takes. Holy {deity} does that make the game entertaining!
